The community has outside 2 basket ball and tennis courts, and community swimming pool. Also, there is a play ground park, and natural lake. There is a ramp available and some of the twin beds can be moved to the first floor. There are stairs for getting to the second floor.
There is a ramp from the garage/gasebo to the back entry of the house, first floor. Renting person (s) are to be 21 years old and/or up.
