Wells Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Does not include 7% Maine Sales Tax. Does not include $75 cleaning fee.
$400 refundable security deposit applies to all rentals. The REFUNDABLE security deposit will be returned w/in 5-10 days upon inspection of property.
Check-in at 3:00 pm
Check-out at 10:00 am - 50% of rental fee required at time of reservation. Personal checks are accepted for 50% deposit only. Saturday-Saturday rentals only In Peak Season.
Remainder of rental fee, taxes, cleaning fee and security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival (see rental agreement for specific payment terms). We accept certified bank checks, money orders, or cashier checks for final payment.
The REFUNDABLE security deposit will be returned w/in 5-10 days upon inspection of property.
Cancellation/Refunds: There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. If there is a cancellation within 30 days of check-in, the entire rental fee less $100 handling charge will be refunded on the condition that the cottage can be rented for that same period.
