- A 7% State of Maine Rooms & Meals tax is required on all rentals.;
A $300 security deposit is required, refundable on departure.
50% deposit confirms and holds the cottage for your vacation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

- Bathrooms feature oversized towels tub/shower combination or corner shower with adjustable and removable handheld shower head, shower mats, and ample room for toiletries. Each is en suite to one of the three bedrooms, while the first floor full bath can be opened to the living area through a second door, if preferred.

- All the beds and bedrooms are individual and unique; this is no cookie-cutter unit. The first floor master bedroom is a four-posted iron bed with antique oak compliements and its own full bath and oversized towels. On the second floor, the queen Waterfall Room is decorated in antique Depression-era 'Waterfall' inlaid furniture and enjoys the most expansive ocean views in a house where every room has a view of the ocean. It also has its own en suite with shower and removable handheld shower head, and oversized towels in addition to full privacy. The twin bedroom has a unique, handmade, handpainted four-poster and 'fence' headboard decorated with buoys to make a unique and welcoming decor that's suitable for children and adults alike. The same oversized towels accompany the private en suite with removable and and adjustable showerhead, again to accommodate people of all heights.
