- May - August Weekly Rental Only, Saturday 4:00 p.m. through Saturday 11:00 a.m.;
May - August Weekly Rental Only: $2200 per week (6 nights);
*Sept-April: Minimum stay 3 nights @$270 per night or $1500 per week (7 nights);
*Holiday Rates 12/16/12 through 1/5/13 $400 per night (min. 4 nights) Weekly $2400;
Taxes will apply and Cleaning fee ($250) additional;
Pets $15/animal per night additional (additional refundable pet deposit $500);
$500 deposit to confirm booking and balance due 90 days prior to Check-in date;
$500 refundable damage deposit refunded within 10 days of departure.
