The entire first floor has been used, in the past, by a long-term tenant who used a walker to get around; so although it does not meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, it is handicap-friendly.

If necessary, Loft can accommodate 2 children on foam futons. Prices quoted are for 4 persons; additional guests require a small additional per diem charge. No more than 8 people, at least 2 of which must be children, due to septic system limitations.
