These rates are well below what you'll find through Sea Colony (Resort Quest) or other property management companies for a comparable unit.
We have a very simple and straightforward rental process:
1) Send us an inquiry via this site to confirm the availablilty of the desired dates, we'll do our best to repond within 24 hrs.
2) Provide us your lease information.
3) We send a lease via email or regular mail.
4) You return the lease with a 20% deposit payment to reserve the unit.
5) Four weeks prior to your vacation the rental balance is due.
6) You receive a rental package with directions, keys, information, etc.
7) Check-in at the Sea Colony Recreation office.
8) Get comfortable at the unit....start your vacation! - Date Available: Year Round
