Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

6% MI use tax is additional.
Last-minute bookings are welcome. Bookings within 30 days require a full payment by credit card.
Deposit will be applied to your final booking.
For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. If we are able to rebook the for all or part of your reserved dates, we will refund you the rental amount received from the replacement guests, minus a $50 administration fee .
All 'no shows' forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
We will charge the full amount of damage to the house, it's contents and property, to your card.
This also includes smoke odors & damages caused by pets
