Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- There is a minimum housekeeping charge of $175 which is added for all stays of up to one week. After the first week, the weekly housekeeping charge is $150 per week.
Payment of 50% of rental charge is required 60 days prior to hold reservation. Full payment due two weeks before arrival. Entire booking fee will be refunded upon cancellation IF another rental is secured for the time you booked. If no such substitute booking occurs, 50% of booking deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the booked occupancy date. Non-refundable if unrented and within 30 days

There is a signed agreement & security/breakage deposit of $1,000. This will be refunded to you as soon as housekeeping and inventory is completed. Generally this takes 48 hours.
Check in on Friday night thru Sunday night for weekend reservation;
Check in time is 3PM. Checkout time is 11AM - Weekend rates are Friday & Saturday nights.
Weekly rates are weekday to weekday.
Three night minimum on Holidays.
Over 8 people there is a $40.00 charge per person, per day (No age restrictions) with a maximum of 10 people.
No groups over 15 people including day guests.
