No refunds for cancellations of less than 30 days rental. Refunds made on settlement date. Security deposit is fully refundable. Please remember this is a non-smoking home. Backyard structures are okay.
Pets are always welcome! Please inquire. - We realize life is unpredictable and circumstances often arise which
are beyond your control. Although we offer no refund of rental fee for cancellations with less than 30 days notice, if we are able to re-rent the property for your canceled dates at athe same rate, you will receive a full refund less a small procccessing fee, regardless of when you canceled. We make every effort to accomodate everyones unique situations.
