Okrug Gornji Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For 3 weeks hired in the period 01.05.-1.10. Guests are offered a free week in the period 1.10.-01.05
•The indicated prices are in Euro and refer to the entire villa for a stay of 7 nights. Optimal use for 8 persons, 4 bedrooms. An additional cot is possible.
Terms of booking: (After the completion of the rental agreement) a deposit of 30% via bank transfer is required upon booking, the balance is to be paid upon arrival in cash. After receiving the deposit, we will send you a confirmation email. We only accept payments via bank transfer. The deposit amounts to € 400 and will be returned on the check-out day.
Check-out day: Saturday.
Normal check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time 10 am. Please note that a check in before 4pm is not possible neither a departure after 10 pm.
•Taxes are included in price, final cleaning is 50€.
