- Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival and must be in the form of a written letter or fax. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there is a forfeiture of the rental fee. If a reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. No refunds for early departures. No exceptions.
