Tampa House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $127 - $159/ night, $900 - $1,150 / week $2,500 - $3,100 / month
- Rental Rates and Conditions:
Check in time is any time before 7 PM. Check out time is by 12 noon. Sleeps 5-6 very comfortably.
Daily Rates starting at $127 per night plus tax.
Weekly Rates starting at $900 and Monthly Rates at $2,500. Does not apply to special events and/or holidays.
This is a pet friendly environment and can be discussed on a case by case basis. Dogs will be accepted with an additional $10 per night fee. An additional $150 pet deposit would be required of which $100 would be refundable.
50% of the amount due will be required in order to book the dates specified. Deposits vary depending up length of stay and number of occupants.
If a cancellation is necessary, it must be received in writing; 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date otherwise the deposit would be forfeited.
Accept Cashier’s Check, Cash or PayPal. - This is an incredibly beautiful and unique waterfront setting. Nature will surround you with various birds, dolphin and manatee within feet from the water's edge.
