50% of total rental amount payable on reservation to confirm the dates. Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before start of holiday. A security (for breakage) deposit of 1500 euros is due at check-in. It will be refunded on return of the keys subject to no damage to the property, the fixtures or fittings. If convenient, the deposit can be held in GBP or USD.
If you wish to move your booking dates, please contact us to discuss rules and possibilities. - Changeover day is Saturday. Flexible outside of summer months. The house is available from 5pm on arrival; we would ask you to leave by 10am on the day of departure.
