Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $150 Deposit + cleaning fee + 1/2 rental fee due upon reservation. All payment due 14 days prior. No refunds within 14 days of stay.
Deposit returned within 7 days after your stay.
All nights the same rate with the following exceptions:
Austin City Limits Festival dates, Formula One race dates, and South By Southwest Festival dates.;
Max 4 non-related adults allowed during these special date stays. $39 non-refundable Protection Plan through Home Away for Formula One, ACL & SXSW. All payment due 30 days prior to stay.
Rate up to 5 people. $10 for each additional person. - 18% gratuity for special concierge orders. Must be paid at time of service.
Purchases exclude alcohol or tobacco products.
Limited transportation services available for select events for additional fee.
