Ipanema Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

To secure a booking 50 percent is paid in advance and the remaining 50 percent must be paid
upon arrival along with the refundable damage deposit ( US 300,00 ) and

BR Reais are preferred .
The upfront 50 percent payment is by bank transfer (BR 115,00 reais charge) or paypal ( 4 percent charge ) .
Minimum 5 day stay .
Damage deposit returned on check out if no damages are observed.
Bookings of less than 5 nights are sometimes possible(and may be subject to a surcharge), providing there happens to be an appropriate time gap between confirmed bookings.
There can be discounts for longer bookings . A one off cleaning bill of BR 85 Reais will be chaged in order to cover maids costs .
