Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

There is an additional 3.2% surcharge on Credit cards & PayPal.
There is a $250 Security Deposit, refunded within 7-10 business days of the vacating the property and given the all clear from the property manager.
