Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Stay for as low as $100 per day on a 9 day or longer stay in the off-season. Rates for 4-5 days are $125 per day, rates for a 6-day stay is $ $115 per day and rates for 7+8 days are $110 per day.
The cleaning fee is based on a normal apartment rental turnover and does not include damages, broken items, or sever soil that needs additional work.
- There is a fully refundable security charge of $600 and we prefer to accept this payment via paypal. When you vacate and after the rental is inspected, it is refunded (minus any charges) within 48 hours of your departure.
