- * Discounts may not apply to some holiday dates please confirm with us prior to making booking arrangements. All rates are set by owners and until confirmed are subject to change. Spring/ Summer and Winter Holiday are ON Season Times generally no discounts are allowed unless staying for longer lengths of time. August 15- December 15 is considered off season, there are selective restaurants and on island activities during this time frame. As reflected above our owners who stay open for this time offer you a 15-20% discount. January 15- February 15 is a mini slow season almost everything is open still from the holidays but it is not that busy on island as holidays are over and spring break has not yet arrived. As reflected most owners offer you a 10% discount during this time.
