This wonderful, large and roomy apartment, on the 2sd level, looking directly on the beach, with 2 rooms, completely renovated in February 2013, with very high level equipment, is in a beautiful, secure and quiet residential within a park, with tropical species. It’s a real paradise for your vacations. Its large terrace facing the sea front is directly on the lagoon beach. It is nicely furnished, and able to accommodate six people.
In the bedroom with air conditioned you have a King Size bed, 2 bedside tables and a console. In the drawing room you also have a LCD TV, DVD reader, films et books. Wi-Fi access is available on demand. There is a safe in the bedroom closet for your valuables. The bathroom is with a Caribbean shower; a hairdryer is available. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen is fully furnished, having ceramic hotplates, a washing machine and a dishwasher, also a fridge freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Notes:
The Nettle Bay is a coral sand spit that separates the lagoon from the ocean; it is located in the French zone, and is highly appreciated for being close to the most beautiful beaches on the island. The nearest ocean beach is 900 yards away is the beautiful ‘Baie Rouge’ beach. On the Caribbean side, one mile away, you will enjoy the deserted ‘Baie aux Prunes’ beach and also ‘Baie Longue’ beach.
We are half a mile away from the Dutch side of the island and from Maho a small village, which has two magnificent Casinos, many restaurants and nightlife.
There are 34 beaches in ST MARTIN and you would need a car for touring around. As an alternative the bus stop is just few steps from the residence. The bus can take you to Marigot (1 ½ miles), the French capital and also to Phillipsburg, the Dutch capital, with its duty free shops. You can also enjoy some grilled lobsters, or ribs or chicken nuggets at Grand case in some lolos located on the beach.
