$250 fee for Smoke or Pet cleanup. 12.5% sales tax.;
Deposits & payments made on Paypal/credit card. Credit Card hold for incidentals.;

- The Master has a custom King bed with 15 inch mattress. Very comfortable. The 4th bedroom has a combo setup, which can be either a King bed or 2 Twin beds, depending upon the preferences of the guests. Very comfortable Queen bed with memory foam topper. This Double bed also features a memory foam topper, and is very comfortable to sleep on. The 4th bedroom is a combo room which can be set up with individual twin beds (2) plus a trundle bed (sleeps 3 max) or it can be set up as a King bed. The bunk room is set up with 2 bunk beds for 4 people and has an additional trundle which can be pulled out for a 5th person. There are 2 Sofa Sleepers available. One in the living room, and the other in the family room. There is a portable crib, and also a pack and play available for babies.
