Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Additional information about rental rates
• A non refundable booking deposit $250 per week is required when booking. The booking is deemed to be confirmed as we receive your deposit. Once booking is confirmed the deposit is non refundable but will be deducted from the full amount.
• The payment balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival if late booking then full amount is due on booking confirmation. Payment must be in US Dollars via PAYPAL or Bankaccounttransfer.
• Cancellation charges are as followed. 8-10 weeks prior to departure 50% of total booking. 4-7 wks 75% up to 3 wks 100%. The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date that we receive written notification.If you fail to make the payment balance with in the agreed time we shall be entitled to cancel the booking by written notice to yourself.
Also a 200 $ Security Desposit is required !!! - Rates could be paid via PayPal or Banktransfere.
