Merida House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Refundable security deposit guarantees booking and is calculated at 50% of rental rate. Electricity is paid by guest which is deducted from the security deposit and the remaining balace refunded subject to satisfactory inspection of the property. The property manager will take an electric meter reading at the beginning and end of stay and will charge according to consumption.
