Shorter Stays Will Be Considered Under Special Circumstances such as Limited Availability.
Refundable Security Deposit of $600.
$110 Cleaning Fee. - We request a 40% deposit upon booking with full payment due four weeks prior to arrival. We accept credit cards, automatic check processing, US checks and wire transfers.
Full refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival;cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the amount refunded. If canceled within 30 days of arrival, refund only if we can rebook, or refund for any part we are able to rebook. Cancellation fee of 3.5% will also be charged.
Refundable Security Deposit Required For Groups of 3 or More or with children.
