Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- All rates are subject to change without notice.
$200 ($500 for long term) reservation/security/damage deposit is required due upon reservation and is refunded within 14 days after check-out without any damages. Damage of property during the stay is the responsibility of the renters.
Total payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation: More than 6 weeks prior, 100% refund less $100 cancellation fee; 4 to 6 weeks prior, 50% of rental amount forfeited; Less than 4 weeks prior, 100% of rental amount forfeited. - A Lease Agreement will be emailed once reservation is made and must be completed, signed & returned to owner.
A time sensitive keyless access code is provided during your stay. Your code will be e-mailed to you prior to arrival.
Check in time is from 4 PM EST. Check out is no later than 10 AM EST.
No Pets & No Smoking inside property.
Maximum Occupancy is limited to 8 persons.
Cleaning fee is waived for stays 9 nights or longer.
Accept major credit card through PayPal with 3% additional transaction fee.
