Notes:
The building was a Banquet Hall which seated 100 and is being converted into a beach rental and more inside pictures will be added as its completed in early April and it's 2400 Sq. Ft. on the ground and is handicap accessable. Fantastic view of the incoming ships and sailboats. The Quintana Breeze B.H. is ideal for all of your group event needs and is across the street from the Quintana Beach County Park. Two blocks to the Jetties for great fishing or just enjoying a day at the beach.
