A signed rental agreement is required to rent the house. The agreement will be sent to you when you make the reservation. A damage waiver of $55 is required, which covers accidental damage up to $150.00. Renters are fully responsible for damages that are deemed negligent or intentional. - •Peak Rates apply on ALL Holidays & require a 3 night min stay!
