•In lieu of a refundable security deposit, we prefer to utilize the Damage Protection Plan offered through HomeAway. This consists of a one-time, non-refundable payment for a universal coverage insurance policy. Rates depend upon the individual renters circumstances and will be conveyed during the quoting stage.
•If a cancellation request is received more than 30 days prior to check-in all payments made to that point will be fully refunded. No refunds will be provided for cancellations 30 days or less prior to check-in. - We wish to not rent to vacationing students or singles less than 23 yrs. of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. This is a non-smoking home. Well behaved dogs are allowed but it is expected that common courtesy is followed and the yard waste is cleaned-up.
