East Moriches House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200 per night double occupancy
- Rates are double occupancy. For each additional person staying beyond the first 2, we charge $25 per person, per night. We take a security deposit equal to $400 at time of reservation which is refundable after you vacate provided no damage. From the security deposit we deduct the $125 cleaning fee and $30 electric surcharge. Stays of longer than 1 week will require higher security deposits. All payments are plus 4%
- We have recently simplified and reduced our rates to eliminate high and low periods. The rate is now a simple and low $200 per night for up to 2 persons. Additional persons pay $25 person, per night.
