Optional downstairs unfinished apartment - additional charge - 2 twin/ single, 2 sleep sofa /futon, 2 Rm downstairs apt - added charge. Cleaning fees increase.
- Although there are places for 15 people to sleep including day beds, sofa's and sofa hide-a-beds. A more comfortable number would be 9. There would need to be close attention to conserving water if you try to house over 8-10 people. Beds are extremely comfortable and sofa beds are 'sofa beds', what can we say! :)
