  PAYMENT
  As per our Terms and Conditions, 50% of accommodation cost is required within two days of booking. Balance of payment plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to check in. We accept payment by the following methods: internet or bank transfer or credit card. N.B. A surcharge of 2.5% for MasterCard and Visa (subject to change in accordance with financial institution charges) of any amount paid will apply for all payments made by credit card. AMEX not accepted.
  
  
  ADDITIONAL COST - SECURITY BOND
  A bond payment of $1000.00 is required at the same time as the outstanding balance of your Booking. It will be credited via EFT to your nominated account once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs within 10 working days of your departure
  
  ADDITIONAL COST - DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE
  A Departure Clean fee of $250.00 per stay
• OPTIONAL COSTS
  
  Linen available at $30.00 per room per stay, please advise at time of booking if you require linen for your stay.
  
  Extra Adult $20.00 per person per night (after 4 pax)
  
  Extra Child $10.00 per person per night (after 2 pax)
  
  Baby Cot Hire is available at a charge of $5.00 inc. GST per day.
  
  Baby High Chair Hire is available at a charge of $5.00 inc. GST per day.
  
  ADSL Wireless Broadband is available at charge of $5.00 inc. GST per day. (any data usage over the monthly 2GB will be invoiced and payable by the guest) Please advise if you require internet for your stay.
