For all parties of 3 or more people the Bunkhouse is automatically reserved in addition to the Main House;
For parties of 7 or more people weekly rates are calculated by adding $100 per person to the weekly rate for up to 6 guests.

10 guests $1750/week;
12 guests $1950/week;
