- * Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day Weekend is $185/night with 3 nights minimum.
* Thanksgiving rate is $195/night with 3 nights minimum.

* New Year, 2012...$300/night. 5 nights minimum.
All minimum stays are negotiable depending on calender availability, time of year and midweek vs. weekend.
