Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our rates are very fair and are non-negotiable. Thanks for not asking for cheaper rates.
- A $500 cash security deposit is to be placed with us upon arrival. This can also be done via PayPal if renter prefers.
We hold this money until check-out and gladly hand it back pending the results of a brief inspection for damage, breakage, or any missing items. - For stays of 9 nights or more we require an extra cleaning fee of $75 per week. The servicing takes place at or near the midpoint of the stay, and includes fresh towels and changing of the bed linens.

- The bathroom is off the hall. It has a clean white ceramic tile floor, restored oak wainscoting with wallpaper above, and a pocket door. The tub is 66 inches long and has a shower. Over the sink, the mirror opens onto a medicine chest with an electric outlet inside. There is a skylight and a ceiling exhaust fan. A three-tiered shelf near the sink provides ample space for toiletry bags, etc. Two towel bars hold plush all-cotton bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

- The bedroom has Eastlake-style Victorian furnishings and period style wallpaper, and a non-functioning original fireplace. There is a ceiling fan and a 32' LED flat screened TV with cable and HBO. The full-size (double) mattress / box spring set is semi-firm, and very comfortable. The room has two south-facing windows with dark curtains, a closet, and direct access to the adjacent dressing rooms.
