Balance: 50% of the balance is due sixty days prior to arrival. The balance of rent, along with the housekeeping fee is due thirty days before your check-in date. The full rent, housekeeping fee, and Property Damage Protection fee is due in full at the time of reservation if the reservation is made less than thirty days prior to the check-in date. - Property Damage Protection: Protects the rental from accidental damage caused by guests without requiring a damage deposit. Up to $1500 in coverage for accidental damage to items such as broken lamps, windows and glass; electronics; damaged doors; walls and furniture; stained bedding or linens; lost keys and re-keying costs.

When paying with ReservationManager™, you are able to make immediate and secure payments by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards or an eCheck (US residents only).
