Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- • $50 weekend to $75 weekly community fee covers passes for up to eight guests payable to Masthope Office upon arrival
• Additional passes (4) may be requested @ $5 per day or $25 per week each
• All renters must register at the office by the lodge upon arrival
• Passes are needed for access to all Masthope amenities such as beach, pool, activity courts, fitness center, trash compactor, etc.
• Refundable Security Deposit: $300
• Professional cleaning fee of $95 per stay (or every 2 weeks for monthly rentals)
• Check-in is 4pm, Check-out is 11am
• We accept checks, money orders, credit cards and Paypal for payment - The Masthope community requires all homeowners to submit rental confirmations at least two weeks prior to check in date, therefore we unfortunately cannot accept rental agreements/deposits with less than two weeks notice.
