Payment Policy: $300 security/damage insurance deposit is due at time of reservation/booking and signing of a rental agreement. 50% of total rent is due 60-30 days prior to check-in date. Remaining 50% of rent is due at check-in. Security/damage deposit will be fully refunded to you within 7 days after the departure, if the property is left in the same condition, with the exception of normal course of usage.
Deposits/payments are accepted via Cash (US Currency), or paypal money transfer, Credit Card via our homeaway.com/ PayPal which an invoice would be forwarded to you upon your inquiry. NO PERSONAL CHECK. - Check is time is 3pm - I am not accepting reservation for any guest arriving later than 7PM,
