- *There are 3 levels of the home, each at 1700 sq ft. Owners are willing to rent the lowest level by the room if renters do not desire to rent the full house (will only be available when owners are also residing in the house). There are 2 bedrooms on the lowest level as well as kitchenette and living room. Both bedrooms have queen bed, full bath, balcony access. Private exit/entrance via garage.
BY-THE-ROOM RATES
*Peak season: $250 per night/per room.
*If renters only rent one bedroom of the lowest level, they must be willing to share the common space (kitchenette and living area) with a maximum of 2 other renters who may be renting the other lower level bedroom.
BY-THE-FLOOR RATES:
*Renters will be given access to the entire lowest level floor (2 bedrooms both with queen bed, own full bath, kitchenette, living area, additional large room that could be used for extra sleeping for 4).
*Peak season: $550 per night
*1700 square feet
*Perfect for a family or group of 4-8 - PLEASE NOTE: This property is the owner's primary residence. Therefore, dates for rental of the entire home are limited. There is much more availability for rental of the lowest level, i.e. when owners are residing in the top 2 levels of the home as well. Please email/call for availability of your specific dates and owners will confirm that those dates are available for rental within 48 hours.
