We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay.
You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning.
You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
You will be charged for violations to the house rules.
Travel insurance is advised:
We advise you to arrange your own insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings whilst staying at the property - The property will be used exclusively for private residential purposes only. Any unauthorized change of this use of letting is absolutely prohibited.
Strongly requested to be respectful of neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night.
The entire damage deposit will be lost if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.
Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
