- *Upon making the reservation a $ 600.00 security deposit is needed to hold the dates and is refunded 10 days after departure if no damage occurs or excess cleaning.
*Additional night will be prorated.
*50% reservation payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
*50% Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
*Full refund will be given with a 45 day written notice before arrival date.
*No refunds for early departures.
*Check in 4:00pm, Check out 10:00AM (flexible if not immediately occupied)
*No cleaning service during your stay. Can be arranged for additional fee.
*Rentals are subject to 12% state and local tax.
