Tallahassee House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We will not consider reservations for less than one week.
- 12.5% Florida State Sales Tax and Tallahassee Tourism Tax will be added to Rental Rate. Rates are subject to change at any time prior to deposit and confirmation.
DAMAGE DEPOSITS: $300 damage deposit will be added to reservations for up to two weeks. $500 damage deposit wil be added to reservations for two weeks to one month. For reservations longer than one month, contact owner regarding deposit requirement.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: In order to confirm a reservation, deposit equal to 50% of the total amount due (Rental Rate + Damage Deposit + Tax) is required. Cancellations that are made sixty (60) days or more prior to scheduled arrival date are refundable minus a cancellation fee equal to the greater of $100.00 or 10% of the amount prepaid. Cancellations that are made less than sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival date are forfeited. - BALANCE of the unpaid Rent, Tax and Damage Deposit is due Fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival date. Reservations made within fourteen (14) days prior to schedule arrival date will require payment in full in order to confirm.
