Tenants Harbor House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2013 Rates
January through April: $2500.00 per month + utilities + services
April 27–June 1: $1200.00 per week
June 1–June 15: $2200.00 per week
June 15–July 6: $3200.00 per week
July 6–July 13: $4000.00 per week
July 13–August 31: $5000.00 per week
August 31–September 21: $4000.00 per week
September 21–October 19: $3000.00 per week
October 19–Janaury 1: $1200.00 per week*
*November 28, 2013 Thanksgiving Day $1200.00 per week*
* Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Weeks: $3500.00 per week
Rates are for up to 6 people. Rates are subject to change.
Maine 7% sales tax and a $1000 security deposit shall also be charged in addition to
the rental fees. Security deposit shall be returned within 30 days of departure minus deductions for cleaning, damages, missing items, utilities and or as described in lease.
Pets may be allowed with written permission only
