Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

+ $250 night Monday-Wednesday $350 night Thursday-Sunday. 3 day minimum stay.
+ $1,250/week.
+ $150 cleaning fee (required / non-refundable).
+ $ 69 property protection insurance (required / non-refundable).
+ Additional cleaning service available $100 per visit.
+ Full Refund outside of 30 days, Cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable or change your reservation date.
+ Holiday rates $350.00 per night within 7 days of holiday.
+ Home best accommodates 4 - 6 guests. Additional guests $35.00 charge per person per night for more than 6.
+ 50% payment due upon booking and balance due 30 days prior to stay.
+ Cashier's Check, wire transfer or VISA / Mastercard / Discover / AMEX credit card accepted.

- Bathroom 1 is the public bathroom and also the 'Red Room' bathroom. Built-in drawers and hooks for robes. The countertops are butcher block with a 1950's turquoise sink. The toilet and tub are also turquoise. There is a glass etched scene of deer in the forest on the glass doors to the bath tub / shower. Bathroom 2 is the private bathroom for the 'Blue Room'.

Bedroom 2 - 1 queen, 1 twin/ single, 1 child bed, 1 sleep sofa /futon
- 'Red Room' offer a queen size bed, windows on all sides and plush rust wool carpeting. There is also a dutch door entry to this room. Views from the room are to the stone front patio and out the front of the room are peek views to the lake. 'Blue Room' bedroom offers a queen size bed, windows to the side stone patio and a private bathroom with shower. In addition to the queen size bed is a built in bed that can easily sleep two (2) adults. The floors are wood with a blue wool rug and blue velvet drapes.
