Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 10.5% tax
- A $300 damage deposit is required in addition to the rent. It will be returned to you when the keys are returned to me and no damage has been done to the condo.
Maryland tax of 10.5% will be added to the weekly rate. Half of the rental fee is required to secure your rental due immediately. The other half is due two weeks before your rental week.

This balcony connects to the living room and a perfect spot to people watch. Two chaise lounge chairs and a table and chairs are set up to sit back and relax. Morning sun and afternoon shade ~ a perfect place to read that book! A baby crib is tucked into a corner of this large bedroom, and this bedroom also has a private half-bath. Bedroom Three is a cute bedroom with two twin beds and large closet.
