Indian Point Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please contact owner for rates.
- • $650-$800 / week
• $75 cleaning fee will apply for stays less than 7 days.
• $15 / day additional for pool heat.
• A deposit of $200 per week is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8
weeks prior to the reservation date. The owner reserves the right to cancel if the remaining balance of the
booking remains unpaid 6 weeks prior to the reservation date.
All bookings made less than 4 weeks before the reservation date are payable in full.
• 13% tax.
• $200 refundable security deposit is required

3) Send us a personal check after contacting us so that we can reserve the dates for you.
