Rental fees include weekly or nightly rate, state of Maine lodging tax of 7%, and $49. accidental damage renter protection fee. All nightly inquiries can begin or end on Saturdays, but cannot include Saturdays within the middle of the rental period. Less than four nights will be honored where the calendar permits. Ask about pet policy.
- All bookings include 20% off breakfast or dinner at our cozy Black Friar Inn & Pub in downtown Bar Harbor. Drinks are not included. Fine food and fare. Closed Sundays
