- Each bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, a cabinet with drawer space for guests, lots of towel racks, a hair dryer, extra towels, and bath mats. The main upstairs bathroom also has a wonderful deep, antique clawfoot tub, which has been resurfaced and its legs chromed. Cleaning supplies and tools are provided in the cabinet under each sink. Showers are supplied with bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Bathrooms are all large, newly remodeled, sparkling clean, and airy.

- The rooms are each beautifully decorated in themes associated with San Francisco Bay Area attractions and natural areas. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, bedside tables with lamps, a desk, and a closet; equipped with its own iron, ironing board, space heater, and fan; and made plushy with new, high quality down comforters and pillows, matching high thread count sheets, and lots of extra pillows and throws. The larger rooms also have a futon sofa or chair, which can sleep extra guests, and a large, comfortable reading chair with lamp. The Wildcat Canyon Room has a sofa-futon that opens into an extra queen bed, a futon chair that opens into a twin bed, and a sitting area with two wicker chairs and a glasstop table. It also has an annex with a twin sized futon chair to sleep a child or friend. The Muir Woods Room has a futon-chair that opens into a bed slightly narrower than a twin.
