Gr.nd floor: living room with fireplace and doors to large furnished terrace. Dining room with doors to terrace, living room with TV and glassed-in sunroom with door to outside. Main kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, blender and fireplace. One bedroom with twin bed and bathroom/shower. 1st floor: Three double bedrooms each with two single beds, one with doors to shared balcony. Villa 'Maresol' is situated in a little town, near the coast in the region 'Versilia', Viareggio and its wide sandy beaches, a multitude of shopping and dining is at 15mn. From the property you can reach very interesting destinations, such as Pietrasanta with 18-hole golf, marble artistry and the home of poet Carducci at 20 m. Also in 20mn is Torre del Lago with Giacomo Puccini's villa and summer concert series or the famous seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi. The art towns are esy to reach,too, Lucca (25mn), Pisa (30mn), Firenze (90mn). All those places have their particular history and several monuments and museums to see.

Villa 'Maresol' is a spacious contemporary villa with a large park, it's a perfect place for families with children or small parties. The villa includes a small lake, a poolside with cabana with shower, a covered gazebo, a variety of seating areas and a botanical oasis that welcomes ducks, herons and storks, too.

The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. Please contact us for availibilities and prices.
