Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates may be subject to change without notice.
Housekeeping fee of $125 added to all bookings less than 5 nights.
Pet deposit is in addition to published nightly or weekly rates and is non refundable.
A 12.75 lodging tax will be applied to your total rental.
Guests may pay for a temporary club membership - Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club in addition to home rental. We strongly suggest you consider trip insurance as deposits are non refundable.
Note: parking fees and ferry tickets are not included in rental rates.
