In order to confirm your reservation we require a 50% deposit (Reservation Deposit) of the total rent along with a signed Lease Agreement.
The second balance payment is due no later than three weeks prior to the check-in date, along with the additional fees of $100.00 Security Deposit (returned to you by mail) and $50.00 one-time cleaning fee.
The rates listed above are for parties of two. We charge an additional $20 for parties of three.
A $30 fee will be charged for check-in between 10pm-9am.
