- The main house rents for $750/nite M,T,W. with a three nite minimum.;
Weekend rates for Th,F,S,S is $995/nite with 3 nite min. 4nites on holidays.;
Sales tax for Bandera County is 12% and is not included in the above rates.;
Reservations require a non refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking.;
Balance in full is due the day before arrival.;
Liability releases must be provided to owner prior to arrival.;
